Troubleshooting

Turn on device location services, allow precise location where requested, disable VPN or proxy connections and try again from within Ontario.
The app or page will not load
Check your connection, install available operating system updates, restart the app or browser and clear stale site data if the issue continues.
You cannot sign in
Confirm your email and password, check that the device clock is correct and use the platform’s password reset flow. Never share a verification code.
Download carefully. Avoid third-party APK files, unofficial stores or links sent by unknown contacts.
